Help Lalitha Undergo Kidney Stone Surgery

38 years old Lalitha is suffering from chronic kidney stone disease and is in urgent need of funds for her kidney stone surgery at Apollo Hospital Bangalore. Currently she is taking medicine but needs a surgery done to remove the kidney stones.

Lalitha migrated to Bengaluru from Nepal in 2000, and is a house helper. Her husband Ram Singh is working as a security in an apartment called Siddhartha Supreme Apartments, Anugraha Layout. He is the sole wage earner for the family.

Lalitha started getting abdominal pain frequently and her husband took her to the nearest hospital in Bangalore. After the initial diagnosis, the doctors confirmed that kidney stones have grown considerably and needs to be removed immediately. The cost of surgery is estimated to be about Rs. 2,00,000 to 2,50,000. Though the operation was recommended 6 months ago, but due to financial constraints she has been unable to get the operation done yet. They do not have any relatives in Bangalore and are struggling to raise the funds for the surgery. The operation needs to be done urgently but they are delaying owing to lack of money.
