Helped 11 year old Dayanidhi get bone marrow transplantation!

Patient Profile:

Master. Dayanidhi was 9 years old when he was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Lukemia (ALL), a fast-growing kind of blood cancer. His parents Revathi and Dharmaraju were devastated when they heard this news and they put all their efforts to get him treated at Kidwai memorial hospital in Bangalore.

Dayanidhi responded well to chemotherapy that lasted 6 months and he was sent back home. Unfortunately, the disease relapsed in Jan 2018 and the treatment is beyond Kidwai facilities. Doctors have recommended him to get Bone Marrow Transplant, which would cost about 30 lakh rupees ($40,000).

Dayanidhi's parents are from poor background. Father had paralysis attack about 10 years ago and he is unable to take up full time job. He is also suffering from Diabetes and high BP. His mother earns their livelihood by conducting tuitions, tailoring and farming in a small patch of their ancestral land. Dayanidhi is currently undergoing treatment at MSMC, Bangalore. The family is in dire need of help.

How Right to Live is Helping:

As per our background verification, Dayanidhi’s parents are economically poor, and cannot afford the cost of his treatment. We at Right to Live, are trying to do our bit by raising funds for his treatment.

Remember that 100% of your donation goes to the patient’s treatment. We don’t use any part of donations for admin expenses, since those costs are covered by trustees. The payment is only ever released to hospitals and not placed in patients’ hands.
