49-year-old Aparna Bhat is suffering from chronic kidney disease and is in urgent need of funds for her kidney Dialysis at K S Hedge Hospital Daralakatte, Mangalore. She is currently on dialysis and needs an immediate kidney transplant.
Aparna Bhat is from Ankola Uttara Kannada district of Karnataka, India. She is the youngest Daughter of Raghavendra Bhat. Tragedy struck them first when her husband walked away from the family and again while Aparna was working in NGO, she started getting abdominal pain frequently and mother took her to the nearest hospital in Ankola. After the initial diagnosis, the doctors confirmed that both kidneys have been failed.
She was suggested to undergo a kidney transplant. Due to financial constraints and not finding the right donor match, they are unable to do so. She was undergoing her dialysis at K S Hedge Hospital twice a week. The monthly expenditures incurred by the patient for hemodialysis including medications are approximately 15,000.Rupees
