Farheen Taj, a 27-year-old homemaker and mother of three young children - the youngest of whom is less than a year old. Farheen’s family belongs to Below the poverty line and seeking support, she has recently been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (Blood Cancer) and is undergoing induction chemotherapy. Her treatment involves 1 cycle of Induction Chemotherapy followed by 3 cycles of Consolidation Chemotherapy, spanning over 4-6 months. The total cost of this life-saving treatment is estimated to be INR 20 Lakhs.

Farheen's family is in a dire financial situation. Her husband, Mohammed Subhan, works as a daily wage labourer and is the sole breadwinner for the family. With three young children to care for, their financial burden is overwhelming. They barely make ends meet with their daily earnings, and the enormous cost of Farheen's treatment is far beyond their means.

How Right to Live is helping?

Owing to her humble economic background, she needs financial assistance. Given the continuity of the cost associated with treatment, considering the lack of resources in hand, Right to Live is helping the family gather the required funds through a Champion at Cisco.

Please remember that 100% of your donation goes to Farheen’s treatment. We don’t use any part of donations for admin expenses since trustees cover those costs. The payment is entirely released to the concerned hospital and not placed in the patient’s hands.

Right to Live requests your kind cooperation by contributing to this noble cause, which will allow to help in the treatment of Farheen’s fight against Leukemia, providing her with a chance to recover and lead a healthy life with her loved ones.
