Darshan K, a bright student studying in BE Comp. Science 3rd-year at Dayananda College of Engineering, is pursuing education with scholarship from Rotary and other philanthropists. This deserving student is from a very poor background with a father who is a daily wage worker and mother is a housewife.

Unfortunately, Darshan ended up having severe bleeding in the rectal region and was advised by doctors from Victoria Govt Hospital for removal of Polyp in the Rectal region to arrest the bleeding immediately. Due to rising covid cases, the hospital directed this poor student to get surgery done at KIMS Hospital.

Darshan underwent this emergency surgery, but the poor parents are unable to afford to settle the complete bill as they do not have sufficient funds. Darshan needs urgent help as his father could not mobilize any money towards the hospital expenses which is around Rs 65000/-. And post-surgery treatment cost will add further to Rs 15000-20000.

The student is a very bright and determined boy and wants to repay all the gratitude that was shown to him over the years by supporting him in his Education and supporting students like him after completing his BTech in Computer Science.

Kindly do your might in helping this poor student recover from surgery, and pursue his dreams of becoming a Computer Engineer.
