Mr. Vaithiyanathan, a 64-year-oldresident of Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, was working as a driver to support his family. Due to his worsening health condition, he is no longer able to work and is currently battling a severe heart disease.

He has been diagnosed with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) – Triple Vessel Disease (TVD)

Doctors have found major blockages in all three coronary arteries supplying blood to his heart. He is presently undergoing treatment at Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) Hospital, and doctors have advised immediate heart surgery to save his life.

The estimated cost for the surgery and treatment is approximately ?3,00,000, which is beyond the family’s financial capacity.

Mr. Vaithiyanathan lost his wife, and his daughter Mahalakshmi, who works as a caretaker maid, is the sole breadwinner of the family. Despite her hard work, the family has no financial support or savingsto manage this life-saving treatment.
